Tattoo me?:

At the age of 15 I still do not have any tattoos, but I have always wanted to get many tattoos that cover a good portion of my body. The tattoos ideas in this blog are just a little portion of the tattoos I would like to get later in life. These tattoos are symbolic and meaningful to me.
The first tattoo I would love to get is a face tattoo. This is usually seen as an extreme tattoo. The tattoo i would like to get right under my eye is the words “Wake up”. This is meaningful because the tattoo tells people to wake up in a more understanding sense. The meaning is to tell people to see the wrong in the world and try to make it right instead of staying oblivious to things like corrupt government, homophobia, racism, ect. This tattoo is more of a tattoo i'd like to get but probably won't due to how "extreme" it is.

The second tattoo I would like to get is on the inside of my ear. The tattoo will say the phrase “La Vie en Rose” which translates from french to “Life in pink”. The phrase “life in pink” means a state in your life where you feel the most secure and most content. This is something we all can relate to because at the end of the day we all are wishing to live a life we are content with.
The last tattoo I want is a small pride flag on my arm. This represents the pride i feel in being a part of the LGBTQ+ community. This symbolic tattoo can remind me every time I see it I can remind myself to have pride in who I am.

So in regard to what I would like to get done on my body I believe everyone should express themselves with what ever they want on their body. The tattoo could be meaningful or not because at the end of the day its your body and your choice on what you would like to do to it.

Road Trip:
A road trip is defined as a journey by car. A road trip can be used as an escape from the mundane routine you are in everyday and give you an opportunity to explore new things usually while accompanied by people you love.
If I were giving the opportunity to pick up and go on a road trip I would take it in a heartbeat. As a teenager I feel like I could be using these years to enjoy my youth and be as free as I can before I have to face adulthood and go to college and eventually get the job I've been studying to get.
The first question i’d ask myself is “where will I go” the destination i would have to pick is New York City, NY. This is because i love big cities such as the one where I am from which is Chicago. The lights, the people, and especially the multicultural atmosphere that every big city has. In a big city you can be who you are and do what you like and i’ve always been fascinated by that fact you can go somewhere and just automatically belong there.
Another reason why a road trip to NYC is a very pleasant idea of mine is the road stops. When going to New York from where I am you would be passing many states including Indiana, Ohio, and pennsylvania. This would give me a chance to stop in Ohio and check out my dream college Kent State and see what the campus looks like. The last stop I would want to take is Gettysburg, Pennsylvania because I like the history behind this historical landmark
